Delete your Polished account

1. Open Polished and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Under Account, select Delete account.
4. Type DELETE and confirm.

The in-app request is processed immediately.

Email hello@polished-app.com from the email address associated with your Polished account and ask us to delete it. We may need to verify that you control the account. We process email deletion requests within 30 days.

Deleting your account permanently removes the account and associated app data, including:

• Your Clerk authentication identity and active sessions.
• Practice sessions, uploaded videos and audio, and AI-generated feedback.
• Wardrobe rounds, outfit photos, and outfit analyses.
• Journal entries and journal videos.
• Goals, daily content, deadlines, event dates, itinerary items, resources, sponsor information, session-based progress, and program settings.
• Subscriptions, program grants and previews, promo redemptions, and beta access records stored by Polished.
• Consent records, coach invitations sent to you, coach assignments, and direct coach links.

This cannot be undone.

Polished does not intentionally retain user-scoped application records after account deletion, so there is no additional Polished retention period for those records.

Google Play, Apple, Clerk, Google, Replit, or another service provider may retain transaction, security, backup, or processing records under its own legal obligations and retention policies. Polished does not control those independently retained records.
